1 - Users
All those who access to and/or use the dcinversiones.com website are considered users of the same, and agree to the full and unconditional acceptance, from the time they access or use it, of the present general conditions, and any specific modifications that may, in turn, complete, modify or substitute these general conditions, in relation to certain services and contents of the website.

2 - Use of the Website, its services and contents
All users undertake to use the Website and its services and contents without infringing the applicable legislation, good faith, generally accepted customs, and public law and order.

Likewise, the use of the Website for illegal purposes or with the intention of harming DCI or any third party, or which in any way causes harm to or impairs the normal operation of the Website, is strictly prohibited.
In respect of the contents (information, texts, illustrations, audio and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.), the following is strictly forbidden:
-The reproduction, distribution or modification thereof, unless this is duly authorised by its lawful owners or is permitted under the law.
-Any infringement of the rights of the DCI or its lawful owners over such elements.
-The use of these elements for any commercial or advertising purposes other than the ones strictly permitted.
-Any attempt to obtain the contents of the Website by any means other than those made available to users, and the methods habitually used in the Internet, provided that they cause no harm to the DCI Website.

3 - Unilateral modification
DCI may unilaterally modify the structure and design of its Website and modify or remove any services, contents and the conditions or access and/or use of the Website, without prior notice and whenever it thinks fit.

4 - Hyperlinks
The establishing of "hyperlinks" between a website and any pages of DCI website shall be subject to the following conditions:
-The full or partial reproduction of any of the services or contents of DCI Website is strictly prohibited.
-No deep-links with the pages of the Website or its services shall be set up, and no browsers or border environments shall be created on these.
-The website in which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, store sign, denomination, logotype, slogan or any other distinctive signs belonging to DCI.
-Under no circumstances shall DCI be held liable for any contents or services made available to the public, or any information and representations made in such contents or services, in the website in which the "hyperlink" is established.

5 - Exclusion of Guarantees and liability
Under no circumstances does DCI grant any kind of guarantee and hold any liability for any damage or loss whatsoever caused as a result of:
-Lack of availability, maintenance and effective operation of the Website and/or its services or contents.
-Lack of usefulness, suitability or validity of the Website and/or its services or contents in complying with the needs, activities or specific results or expectations of its users.
-The existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programmes in the contents.
-The reception, obtaining, storage, diffusion or transmission by users, of the contents.
-Any unlawful, negligent, fraudulent use on the part of the users that goes against these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted customs or public law and order, of the Website, its services or contents.
-Lack of legitimacy, quality, reliability, usefulness and availability of the services provided by others, and made available to users in the Website.
-Failure by third parties to comply with their obligations or commitments in respect of the services rendered to users through the Website.

6 - Term
The term for providing the Website service and services therein contained is indefinite.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, DCI reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the Website service or any of the services therein contained, under the same terms as those set forth in clause three.

7 - Intellectual Property Rights
For the purpose of protecting all intellectual property rights, in the event that any user or third party considers that his legitimate rights have been breached by the introduction of a specific content into the Website, he/she shall notify this to DCI, indicating:
- The personal data of the owner of the rights that have allegedly been breached. If the claim is presented by a person other than the affected party, the manner in which that person represents the affected party shall be indicated.
- An indication of the contents protected by the intellectual property rights and their location in the Website.
- Accreditation of the above-referred intellectual property rights.
- A declaration expressly made by the interested party, stating that he/she is responsible for the truthfulness of the information furnished in the notification.
The trademarks DCI and their respective graphic elements are all registered trademarks and the reproduction or use of these without the authorisation of the owner is strictly forbidden.
The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights over the contents furnished by third parties is the sole responsibility of such third parties.

8 - Applicable legislation and Jurisdiction
The present General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
DCI and its Website users expressly waive their right to any other legal system that could be open to them, and agree to submit themselves to courts of the user’s place of residence, for all disputes that could arise or actions that could be filed as a result of providing the Website service and the services and contents thereof and with regard to the interpretation, application, enforcement or breach of all that is established herein. In the event that the place of residence of any User is outside Spain, DCI and the User agree to submit themselves to the courts of the city of Madrid, and expressly waive their right to any other legal system that could be open to them.

9 - The Renders, photographic reports and photographs shown in this website have no contractual value.
