Your luxurious villa on the Costa Calida
A villa of highest standing in the middle of
a protected environment…Costa Calida is an extensive stretch in the Spanish coastline where the harsh mountain landscape prolongs its stark tranquility to the sea edge. It is horizon of oleanders, prickly pears and wild dwarf palms, that recalls, on some or other watchtower, the danger of piracy and appears with the same solemn calm as in the times of the adventurous sailors prepared to return with their ships full of the brim. The cry of the seagulls and the buzzing of the cicada are sometimes the only sounds that break the luminous atmosphere. Yet there is even more cause of curiosity. The contrast between the old fishing towns and the vegetables garden cities, whose characters it owes to both the almost mystic fertility of the fields and great monuments, might easily make you believe that the distance between the two is actually greater. Murcia is a small region. A short journey of100 km. between the two most distant points will reveal very different areas. The mines, the vegetable gardens and the mountains, along with the coastline have been its mains features throughout a long history full of events that very well could pass for legends. Our only goal is to encourage the curiosity of the traveller, as, in such short space, it will be impossible to combine each and every feature that adds to the appeal of Murcia. Although it can be difficult not to give in to laziness when lying on a beach, it is well worth the effort. ![]() Between culture and leasure...The Costa Calida is extended along the coastline, from Aguilas (South) to the "Playa del Mojon, San Pedro del Pinatar. All along this touristic coast we are in the kingdom of leisure and gastronomy. We must mention the most important area named "Manga del Mar Menor" paradise located between two seas on a fringe of land splitting the two seas, Mar Menor (Small Sea) and Mediterranean open Sea. We can find very luxurious places and residences and all kind of Nautical Places and sports. The Route of the Spanish winesFinally the Costa Calida offers others treasures inland, beginning with Murcia old Capital of this autonomous region with architectural buildings and around in the back country cities and places with their very interesting touristic treasures, Lorca, Moratalla, Calaspara, Bullas, Caravaca Sanctuary, and finally at the Northern part of the region Bullas, Jumilla and Yecla with their rich countryside orchard and vineyard producing a very well known Denomination of Origin wine. The golf is still the most important touristic sport with the nautical. The region has created the route of golf that is composed of 8 Golf Courses. |
